All Marvel Movies: Captain America - 1st Avenger

So I'm watching all the Marvel Movies by Release date and Here's what I thought of Captain America: The First Avenger. I loved loved the special effects of him being so scrawny. Obviously there were times where it looked ridiculous, but I thought it was great. Even when the lighting or the car scenes made it look silly. I love a good transformation/make over moment. I also just adored him. Thor was such a douche in the beginning of Thor and Iron Man is so cocky, Hulk had anger management issues - it was nice to have a just genuine, good guy. I love a good origin story and this was it. And Stanley Tucci! Every time I see him on screen I can't help but smile (Except in Lovely bones... oooof) All that being said, this movie felt reeeeeallly long. There were times where my interest checked in and out starting after he left the USO shows. It wasn't as fun to watch as Iron Man. Favorite line "A weak man knows the value of strength" and my favorite moment was right after the bad guy blows up the observation deck at the lab towards the beginning, he runs outside and this other guy goes to shoot and waves a pedestrian out of the way and screams "GO!" before shooting. The way he screamed it... I was cry laughing. (if it had Sam Rockwell, it would have been a B) I give this movie a B-.
